OK i download the arcade.
And on the menu bar it show games 2 times. what wrong. And how come the game wont work?

I don't know why "Games" is showing up in the menu twice. Just edit Themes/default/index.template.php and remove one of them. As far as why the arcade won't work, if you make it so guests can play games, I might be able to help you out.
