I have nearly finished my theme but there is one thing I cannot find
How do I change the colour of file / browse boxes etc white is good for the BG but the text is also white This is for 2B4 - Theme is based on the default etc

Did you copy over the "style.css" file from the default theme?
It should have this:
input, textarea, button
{
color: #000000;
font-family: verdana, sans-serif;
}
