Easy way... make more space available in your mambo template! The table shrinks and expands to fill the available space.

I only want it to fill up to the max. See the table on the rightside up? I want it to equal that.

The widths are all percentages, as I remember. Search for width=".

You mean <td width="40%">? Should I change all those to say 60 or is there a all-in-one setting?
