Can someone PLEASE help me? I have a new piece of forum software that now makes me right-click to change properties of a folder and becuase of that I accidentally deleted the folder w/out [so it seems] any conformation box.
I still have that great smf database running with 1.02 and all it's files but is there a way to keep the same database, same files and re-install SMF at the same time?

Simply reupload all the SMF files (Don't run install.php) Then download the program called repair_settings.php (From the "Converters and Tools Page" here). Upload this file to your new forum directory and run it from the browser. Enter all the settings it asks you and you should be away. (Note this assumes the database is still intact).
