I am new to simplemachine Forums and some thing I dont know how to do it or modify it.
I am trying to modify under admin page the whole forum and I dont know where can i find the way to make active avatar options.

Also> How can I move the news box from top to the bottem.

Avatars - Admin -> Edit Features and Options, scroll down and expand the "avatars" section.
Moving the news box is a bit trickier. A lot depends on where exactly you want it to go.

First of all thanx for the quick reply. It helped me a lot.
Now about new box, here is what i am thinking.
I just want to get rid of it at all (disable it). I need to make a nice header and place it there so the stand alone simplemachine forum it is not going to look empty but as a part of my site.
Another thing: It will be really nice if I find the way to show on my mambo site my latest forum posts. I know there is a brdige thing between mambo and simplemachine but It didnt work with me and i didnt really like it that much. So if you really know how to do that please let me know. It will really help me.

Ok. Getting rid of the news box is even easier :)
Themes/default/index.template.php
Find

And remove it. Of course, this will then move the "Key Stats" box into that spot... Not sure how you'd keep that from going up there...

Well so far I did good. Actually I didnt open index.template.php to remove the news box, isntead i went to admin page and disabled from there. The only thing left to be taken away is Key stats.
I was looking over at my adim page but not good results.
Anyway I look for it.
Another thing. I want to translate the language into my language: Albanian. Which is the file(s) that i have to work with so i can do the translation proces.
I dont see any language folder in the forum. Any idea ...?

Language files are located in Your_SMF_dir/Themes/default/languages/ ;)
