Since I am running a game clan, anyone can sign up for the forums, but there is a process for getting into the clan. I want to make an official application page, so that people can fill out the form, and it will either use SMF messaging to deliver the details, or send them to my email account, just to sort of make it more official. then i can post an image of the app and let the other members vote. any ideas?
thanks to Tyr's'son i now have a very nice HTML membership application viewable here http://www.digital-demonz.com/index.php?action=mlist now the question is, how do i make the submit button collect and send the info to me?
I don't see any application on that link you provided (just a login page). You can customize that page to have a format like the one mentioned here (http://www.daniweb.com/forums/thread99701.html). You should be able to make it to the way you like in terms of what fields you want, etc.
