This is the error I'm getting after an upgrade. Everything appeared good. I got to the area where I checked to delete the upgrade file and go to the forum and this is what I got...

Is this issue resolved now?
If not, was this from the large upgrade package where you upload files and overwrite the old ones? If so, upload all the files again and try running the upgrade.php again.
