Title: Global Moderator Not Fully Able....
Post by: Heartlander on December 26, 2008, 01:45:21 PM
I set a member as Global Moderator, but even though I'm showing this person as having permissions to edit, delete, etc.... he is telling us he does not have those buttons on various forums.
Any help is greatly appreciated.

He is probably lying to make you try and make him admin.
If you trust him, then change the password of his account, tell him first, to try and see if you can find the buttons :)

Is this issue resolved?

If not, is he also part of another secondary membergroup by any chance? Just a hunch...

Otherwise, try what Mr.Tony mentioned or create a test account and make it a Global Moderator to see if you see the problem.

So you tested it using his account and verified this? If so, can you also see if this applies to all Global Moderators? Create a dummy account if needed to accomplish this.
