Title: Get rid of spaces in SSI.php
Post by: Angelotus on January 09, 2009, 06:37:45 AM
Hello,

Somehow while editting my ssi.php, I got all these spaces in my file. How can I get rid of all these unnecesary spaces?

Sometimes certain editors accidentally add these as well as being a bug in the SMF attachment system in certain versions that adds new lines to text files.

Easiest thing to do would be to get a clean copy and re-apply and edits (unless you want to manually fix all the spacing :o)

Thanks for your answer. I have heavily modified my SSI.php and it would be an enormous job just to edit it that way or the other way. I have heard of someone that had a programm that could delete the unnecessary spaces, but I don't know which programm that was...

I've seen someone programs that remove almost all of the spacing however these often make it impractical to edit afterwards :(. Looks like you may be stuck removing all the spaces manually
