Ok, well i have a website and forums. I have a banner that says "Our Community" and when you click it it takes you to the home of the forums. How could i make it take it to my Site?
Please attach your index.template.php (from the theme you are using) and the url you would like it linked too.
You should also take this up with the Custom Theme author's support/comment thread for that theme. I take it you're not using the DEFAULT CORE theme if you're getting a banner that says that.
It think they are clicking on the text on the left Rumbaar.
To the best of my knowledge, none of the base themes with 2.x have an "Our Community" as a default banner.

I think it's a typo and the white text says "Your Community".
Is that not the default forum name?

Zoft, is this issue resolved now?
If not, what theme are you using? Did you check Admin > Current Theme to see if there is a link option in there? Some custom themes has this feature.
