This appears to be from Related Topics mod.  For mod Related Questions it is best to ask the mod author. You can find a link to a topic for the mod or a support board on the mod's page in the Mod Site (http://custom.simplemachines.org/mods/)

This can be fixed by opening phpMyAdmin (What is phpMyAdmin? (http://index.php?topic=21919.0)) and running the following query:

UPDATE `smf_settings` SET `value` = '1.1.7' WHERE `variable` = 'smfVersion' LIMIT 1

Replace 'smf_' with your prefix if it is different.

That error is caused by the Related Topics mod.   Uninstall that mod and your error will go away.  Otherwise you will need to install the mod correctly.  It appears that you didn't create the table that it is looking for in the database.  Again all questions that you need to ask in the support topic for the mod.

For related mod settings, there is option to build index for related topics. Do that and it will create tables for you.

Normally there is a code segment included with the mod that you must either copy and paste into a SQL query or a file that will execute standalone that creates the database tables.

From the mod parser:
QuoteSMF-1.1/related_topics.php
This file should be able to execute standalone.

Hi..! Is this already solved..?

I got the same problem but it looks like this:

Database Error
Unknown column 'mem.skype' in 'field list'
File: /home/vol1/php0h.com/p0_2837090/htdocs/Sources/Load.php
Line: 890

Note: It appears that your database may require an upgrade. Your forum's files are currently at version SMF 1.1.7, while your database is at version 1.1.6. The above error might possibly go away if you execute the latest version of upgrade.php.

I got this error after installing the skype mod but I already uninstall it.
I got the same error after installation...!

How do I solve this one please help..!  :( :(

ysNoi - For mod Related Questions it is best to ask the mod author. You can find a link to a topic for the mod or a support board on the mod's page in the Mod Site (http://custom.simplemachines.org/mods/)

During the install/uninstall process did you get any errors?  It appears that it may not have uninstalled properly.  If that is the case you can use the mod parser on the Mod Site to display the edits required and remove them manually.

Have you checked your database in phpMyAdmin (What is phpMyAdmin? (http://www.simplemachines.org/community/index.php?topic=21919.0)) to see if any tables are listed as needing repair.  If you search the forums here for 'duplicate key entry' you will see several topics related to your issue.

For the Package manager have you read this sticky?

Nope, those appear to be related to a mod that would have something to do with skype.  Do you have a mod installed for that?  If so either it wasn't installed completely or uninstalled completely.

I realize this topic is old but I need help from bindasboy. I encountered a lot of trouble getting the database file of Related Topics (related_topics.php) to install properly. I eventually got it to work and documented my efforts beginning at reply #630 here (http://www.simplemachines.org/community/index.php?topic=49410.msg3314501#msg3314501).

I just got it working yesterday and since have seen this same critical error, "Wrong value type sent to the database. Integer expected. (id_msg)" (for me being in my Display.php file at line 867).

bindasboy, could you please share the database query used to create the missing table? I don't have much info to go off of from this error so any help would be greatly appreciated. I am also going to link this to the mod's thread.

Thanks!
BigMike

Ok, I already have this table installed so this isn't my issue. Here is the structure of my `related_subjects` table:

#    Column    Type    Collation       Attributes    Null    Default
1    id_topic    int(10)                      UNSIGNED    No    None
2    subject    tinytext    latin1_swedish_ci          No    None

Something must've went wrong during the install/uninstall of the mod/mods. What version of SMF are you running? What mods are installed on your forum?

EDIT: Your question was posted on 18.06.2012 and you're still looking for a solution ??? :o?

Database error
Unknown column 'mem.skype' in 'field list'
File: /home/vol1/php0h.com/p0_2837090/htdocs/Sources/Load.php
Line: 890

Note: Your database may seem to need an upgrade. The file for your forum is currently version SMF 1.1.7, and your database version is 1.1.6. The above error may disappear if you execute the latest version of upgrade.php.
