When I upgraded my forum. The language english-utf8 wasn't updated. Now some messages and buttons on my admin cpanel is missing. By changing the language to english only some of the words appear.

I want to download ALL of the english-utf8 language files.

Please tell me where I upload it.

You would upload [the contents] to Themes/default/languages I believe

However, for other themes you might have to do the same thing if they have their own languages folders :)
