I'm not sure I understand what you mean. I'm hovering the mouse cursor over New Topic and can see it clearly and even when clicked it looks ok....then takes you to post a new topic.

Looks like an error in your CSS... it is not like that in the default clean install of Beta 4.
yeah that shouldn't be happening. (and doesn't happen to me with default css and in ie7, ff3)
Have you made changes to style.css?
What browser are you using?
No modifications to the CSS - I even went so far as to upload a "clean" CSS form the extracted archive that had been downloaded. (smf_2-0-beta4p_FULL-install.zip)
I am using IE 6 under XP w/ SP3. ALL security updates for XP are current. Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware reports NO PROBLEMS. AVG AntiVirus daily scan as of 0100 today is clean and has been since installation.
The only package installed is SMF Arcade 2.5 (am a BETA Tester)
That's it..
I have emptied local cache, problem remains.

Ah yes, I was able to replicate this on IE6 in a default install of Beta 4.
This has been corrected in RC1, however.
