Hi Everyone I'm not a noob but i just can figure this out i keep getting this fatal error
can some one please help me

Holy crap. 10 seconds is very short.
You will struggle to install mods and some other functionality with it that short.
You'll probably need to increase it.

Who is your host?
I use 000webhost heres there site HERE (http://www.000webhost.com)
I would put in a support ticket quoting the error.
You need to increase it to at least 30 seconds.
60 seconds would be better still (especially for installing mods)
gough14, were you able to contact your webhost to resolve this? Free hosts are usually restrictive and you might want to consider switching to a paid one if the problem is still not resolved.

I use 000webhost for some sites i made for my daughter and some of her friends, i run joomla, mambo and SMF without issue.
