Print Page - Total Size of Attachment Directory

I recently converted a YaBB 2.3 to SMF 1.17
How do I change this. My SMF forum software says there is no more room.
No one can upload any attachments.

I found the problem. There is a setting in attachments for max size. I didn't see it.
