My admin menu seems to be missing some links.
Just wondering if it's supposed to be like this or not.
I'm using 2.0 RC1

It appears your admin panel is using an old language cache.
Go to Admin -> Maintenance -> Routine -> Empty the file cache
That should do the trick. :)
Ok, I tried emptying the file cache but nothing changed.
Tried find and repair errors and nothing was found.
Check all files against current version reported all ok apart from the foreign language files.
Most of the english files seem up to date.

It appears your admin.english-utf8.php and your other utf-8 files were not upgraded.
1) Download http://www.simplemachines.org/download/index.php?thanks;filename=smf_2-0-rc1_english-utf8.zip
2) Extract the files in the download
3) In FTP overwrite the languages and images from the new utf-8 download
4) Clear your file cache again Admin -> Maintenance -> Routine -> Empty the file cache
