Hey guys, I converted to SMF like 3 years ago....However my members didn't like it so I went back to IPB.

Now I want to go to SMF again, howeve I am still on IPB 1.2....When I run the converter, it stops about 1000 topics in and says duplicate values for Key 1 error.

I have searched the error in the forum, but I really haven't found anything the is similar to my situation.

Can anyone offer any guidance?

you should use the IPB 1.3 Converter. Did this error appear during the topics conversion?
then edit the ipb13_to_smf.sql and find:

Code Select

---* {$to_prefix}topics

change it to

Code Select


---* {$to_prefix}topics
---{
$ignore = true;
---}
