I did a Forum search, couldn't find anything.
SMF 2.0b4, theme: imPulse by Bloc, no mods.
For some strange reason decimal list will not render with numerals, just returns the bullets, even though it shows numerals in the preview.
I switched to SMF Default Theme - Core theme and still get just bullets.
I tried it here and it works perfectly.
What am I doing wrong?
Its a known bug on SMF 2.x.

Hopefully it will be fixed for RC2
Thanks a million regularexpression, tried changing manually, but no luck...
How come it's working here though?
I believe its because this theme predates the 2.x semanticization of default core theme (or at leastthe point where the bug was introduced).
It doesn't affect the unique smf theme here. But it will if you switched to default core.
Thank you again, I can see that CSS here handles lists differently...
I guess it's not that important, will wait for an official fix... :)

It seems not to be fixed in SMF 2.0 RC 1 at least: http://www.simplemachines.org/community/index.php?topic=281482.0
No its not fixed in RC1.
This link gives the current status

It has been acknowledged by the devs, but not fixed as yet.
Yeah, just came across this and it annoyed me, but I came up with a simple workaround using some CSS-fu. Edit your theme's style.css file and add this to the bottom:
.bbc_list[style='list-style-type: decimal;'] li
{
list-style-type: decimal;
}
Thanks Brettflan, but it did not make any difference for me...
did you ctrl + f5 to force your browser to get a new version of the file.
Thanks, perfect! That did the trick!
I'll mark this one as solved then. :)
