After upgrade to rc1 from beta4 my users can no longer change their signature or avatar.

Did you check the permissions just to confirm that they are allowed the permission to do the changes? Any problems encountered during the upgrade?

Same here, even I (admin) can't change my sig/avatar anymore after the upgrade. Checked all permissions and they are enabled.

Problem seems to be solved on my end, updated the language files.

Is this still and issue hawaiibillT? What was the method you used to upgrade?
