I'm getting the copyright missing from template message on every screen.
I've check and the copyright code is intact and in place - what's going on?
Probably an issue with language strings.
What language / theme are you using ?
Theme - OrangeLine20b4
Lang - English
I've tried all the normal themes that come with 2RC1 and some others - all show the copyright warning.
Does that not prove there is an error in the code somewhere?
Try re-uploading Themes/default/languages/index.english.php

Thanks, but still have the message.
A link to your site would be helpful
But the problem might be either with Themes/{your_theme}/index.template.php or with Sources/Subs.php

The site has been running with the theme for nearly a week without problems. The only file I have changed was subs.php to add an extra button to link to the main site home page.

Ok, well done, that fixed the copyright problem.
Now, how do I get my "Gallery" and "Website" buttons back in the menu?

That's what I used originally - here goes we'll try again. The "Gallery" button was created when the SMF Media mod was applied, any ideas what that code should look like?
Thanks Duncan, sorted.
