I changed some of the links around for theme and for the forum now if i go anywhere i get error because the page does not exist is their a reset button for forum or?

Admin > Themes and Layout > Themes and Settings > Attempt to Reset All Settings
See if that works.
i dont think it will cuz i cant log in to admin acc cause link is broke when i click login

You need to get repair_settings.php available from http://www.simplemachines.org/download/?tools.

You have mixed paths, you'll need to run repair_settings.php (http://docs.simplemachines.org/index.php?topic=663) tool as suggested and reset you paths.
