If I change the name of the cookies, will it cause any problems for my users? Or, will they just need to log-in the next time they visit?
they will just have to login again ;)
I like peanut butter cookies. Hopefully your members do too, because SMF will have to give them all new cookies if you reset the cookie name... it's like changing the bakery ;).
