Otsikko: purge membership of postless accounts
Kirjoitti: charlottezweb - maaliskuu 02, 2005, 08:56:29 AP
I seem to recall a past admin-center option to purge members who haven't posted in the last 30 days...am I mistaken?  I feel like that used to be an option at some point...

Regardless, is there a query I can run on my db to remove ALL members who have a post count of zero?

Thanks!

Go to admin center...

hit view delete members

then hit the column heading for how you want to sort it...

either by last active or number of posts etc...

then select those you want to delete...

go to bottom of page ...hit delete....

I know that functionality and it's useful for deleting a few -- not a thousand+ at once.

For a thousand...just reset the member view number...
so when you view the membership list  you get a thousand per page....

bam....

repeat process.....above...

Takes less then 1 min to do this...and you only should have to do once a year tops....

Ah, clever.  I didn't realize adjusting the members displayed per page would impact that part of the admin center.

Thanks!

Do remember to reset the member view back to your original setting.

as loading a 1000 may take a little while if it was the normal setting...
