Hi :)
I have a test forum with SMF2 RC1
A user has changed your username from account setting in your profile.
It's possible block this?

I think you are talking about display name, not the username itself.

If this is case, go to admin area, then go to configuration - general - feauture and options - general and uncheck "Allow users to edit their displayed name?" then click Save.
