Title: 403 Forbidden just suddenly - SOLVED

Just one day this week my forum stopped working.

I'm running 2.0 B4, but then I uploaded 2.0 RC1 to try to solve the problem, but I can't run upgrade.php.

I'm getting 403 Forbidden.
