have a hockey site, and the trade deadline is just a few days away. Basically my site's news is taken off of a simple machine forum and scripted to show up on the main page. I didnt do this, I paid to have this done, so I'm really clueless. Anyways, I upgraded the forums to a new version, and this is the error the main page is now getting:
ey ey ey You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near ') OR (ID_MEMBER_STARTED = ) OR (ID_MEMBER_STARTED = ) OR (ID_MEMBER_STARTED = ) ' at line 1
I've uploaded my PHP file to here as a text file...please help! I really need this resolved
Which version of SMF are you using? The error means that your first query isn't returning any results.
I upgraded from 1.8 to 2.0.
please help, you'd be a lifesaver :)
Many of the column names were changed in 2.0 because PostgreSQL doesn't support capitalized column names. I've changed everything here to the new column names.
:) its almost fixed, thanks a lot

any ideas on how to get rid of that ey ey ey? the text is also a lot bigger than normal, but I think that has to do with the "error on page"...any ideas as to the error?
nevermind I got it :) It was a problem with my connections file that I changed before when I was trying to fix this mess. Thank you SO much for your help, you are a lifesaver
