I am not sure whether it is bug. But buttons like Home, Help search... etc on are not coming in same fashion in 2.0 RC1 as compared to 1.1.8....I feel it is a bug.
When someone click on button, highlighted button on left side is coming slight bit extra which was not the case in 1.1.8.
Do you have a link to your site so I can see what you are talking about. Perhaps explain it a little more.

The menus should appear to be the same. They are using different code behind them though now than in 1.1
