I'm getting tons of these errors on my board. Something like 800 in the past few days or so.

Any idea why this is happening? Whatever it is, it's slowing down my board a lot also.
Have you installed any mods, if so it's probably caused by a bad mod.
Clear out your error log, run this query in phpMyAdmin and check the error log again. It should give you a better error message:
INSERT INTO smf_settings VALUES ('disableTemplateEval', '1');
These errors have been happening only in the past week or two.
The last mod I installed was months ago.
I'll clear out the error log and see what I can come up with.

I don't know much about php so I'm not sure what you mean by querying phpMyAdmin.

That's just a list of the number of rows in each table. The query I gave you tells SMF to use require() instead of eval() to include the template files.

Give these errors to your host. They have not set up PHP correctly. You can turn on database-driven sessions to work around this cicrumstance, but they should still fix it.

Were you messing with Settings.php, or something?
Anyway, for the thing you posted above, I would guess it's caused by extra buttons - e.g. donate. Look at the code you added there; did you use "802" or anything in there?

I haven't touched the settings.php file.
How do I change the database-driven sessions?
Well I turned database driven sessions off and now I get this error and I can't get to the board anymore:

I set up a phpinfo file if anyone wants to take a look and see if there's something installed that's wrong.

That error means that "/var/php_sessions" doesn't exist. Tell your host to fix the session_save_path in php.ini. In the meantime, you can re-enable database-driven sessions by running this query in phpMyAdmin:
REPLACE INTO smf_settings VALUES('databaseSession_enable', '1');

For the first set, it looks like you've modified your menu and added $txt[801] and similar. Replace that with 'Something'... you can't just add a language string by imagining it up.
As for the other error, turn off compressed output.
