I know this is a simple task to the average coder, but I simply don't know what file I go to so I can fix this. Here's a pic of what I'm talking about.

If it helps, the page source gives me this:
<html xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml"><head><meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=UTF-8"><meta name="description" content="Image Test"><meta name="keywords" content="PHP, MySQL, bulletin, board, free, open, source, smf, simple, machines, forum"><title>Image Test</title><meta name="robots" content="noindex"><style type="text/css">.highslide img {cursor: url(http://www.eversource.org/Themes/default/highslide/graphics/zoomin.cur), pointer !important;}</style></head><body>f
I have no idea why the letter f shows. Oh, and the letter f only shows when you are viewing a thread. If anyone can give me a simple solution to this, much will be appreciated.
Have a look in ./Themes/{your_Theme}/index.template.php :)
Also, have you made any manual edits to any files or installed/uninstalled any mods just prior to this happening? If so..
Which mods were installed/uninstalled?
If manual edits were made what editor did you use to edit the files that were changed?
In index.template.php remove this letter:
Lainaa</style></head><body>f
I tried looking through it, and I don't see it. I did a search for:
<head>
AND
head
Nothing. I noticed this letter f appearing right after I installed the nCode Image Resizer. I checked if all the tests were successful (which they were) and now I don't know what to do. I uninstalled it too to see if it was the mod, but it wasn't. So what now? :(
Then look at all those files and it will most likely be on the first line before the <?php tag.
Got it, it was display.template.php
f<php
It was at the very beginning. I have no idea how that f got there though. :\ Regardless, thanks for all the help. Really appreciate it. ;D
Your welcome :)
Glad you got it sorted out.
