this is what i would like to do:
setup the donations module. only in five dollar increments. and when someone donates, they receive a file from me.
i am trying to set up a system so if someone wants to buy a custom smiley set for their flashchat chatrooms they can pay, and receive the product simultaneously so the customer doesn't have to concern themselves with me not providing after payment is made.
i dont want a full on 'e-commerce' store, i just want to make available this one file to sell, so if you have other suggestions, please feel free to post..

Have you tried using Paid subscriptions? Thats what I do. Once the user buys a subscription they are moved to a member group that has access to the folder in the downloads are, they can then download it from there.
