in my forum the posts are very restricted in the center. can you please tell me how to make it so the post area, the area where the post body is displayed, becomes the size of the post which prevents the post area from having scroll bars.

also can you please PM me the PSD for the top background image which has the 'HELLO {USERNAME}. etc'.
I need this for my forum to make some logos.
