Otsikko: fetch array problem... not due to code in header..
Kirjoitti: risky1 - maaliskuu 10, 2005, 01:04:58 AP
Warning: mysql_fetch_array(): supplied argument is not a valid MySQL result resource in /mnt/web_h/d42/s03/b0239f27/www/components/com_smf/smf.php on line 44

this warning shows up on the top of the page.  everything seems to be working fine.  I installed smf and the bridge, added the code to the template, uploaded the .php file to the sources directory.  but I stll get this error.  is it because i am running smf on a seperate databases than mambo?   How can I fix this.

thanks

Jared

It may be.  Have you explicitly set the prefixes with the database names?

Sorry I am new to this,  By setting prefixes do you mean something other than the default prefixes when the bridge is installed?

I had set this up before but it was on the sane database and did not run into this issue.

Thanks

Yes... this is covered in many sticky topics.  Essentially, you want "smf_db.smf_" and "mos_db.mos_" or similar.
