v2 is still in RC stages where v1 is final. So i would say it would have been better if this was for v1.1.8 first :)

OK,

I'v already instal this mod on 2.0 RC1...
Ther i no postprefix panet al Administrativ panet at all.

O! Important message, i'm installing on polish/polish-utf8... but i'm doing it like with english and spanish, manually.

Why there is no panel and no info that this mod is installed?

Great mod, installed and worked first time no problems. Suggestion for future versions - separate the prefix from the topic title so that they become two separate clickable entities e.g.

'prefix 1 topic header'
becomes two clickable entities
'prefix 1' and 'topic header'
Clicking 'prefix 1' would then list all topics with the same prefix.
Make sense? :)

Installed and everything seems working ok, no errors found yest.

One important question is possible that prefix go at the end of title and not at the begin ?
i means now title of topic appear so:  [RS] Crysys  i will like to have this  Crysys [RS]
how i could invert it ?

Another question Nibogo, i need to add 2 or more prefix is possible LEAVE the blank space that your mod create between ecc prefix added?

Replace with:

You can add prefix in all the topics, like [RS] if the topic has a link in RapidShare or [APPROVED] if the content has been aproved, You can do a lot of things with the prefix ;)

casp3r, i think that i'm a able to help You. But NIBOGO will be pleased to veryfy my post.

So then... i tyhink thet putting in concret places some html tags will help... while showing the subject. It should be made in Post.php
Quote from: till now it was
Quote from: find in unchanged file ./Sources/Post.php// At about this point, we're posting and that's that.
   ignore_user_abort(true);
   @set_time_limit(300);
Quote from: as fare we were adding this text after//Topic Prefix Mod
   if (isset($_POST['post_prefix']))
      $_POST['subject'] = $_POST['post_prefix'] . '  ' . $_POST['subject'];

Sytuation from above was normaly, but i think than we can made somethin like this:
Quote from: i think that we can
Quote from: find in unchanged file ./Sources/Post.php// At about this point, we're posting and that's that.
   ignore_user_abort(true);
   @set_time_limit(300);
Quote from: put this text after//Topic Prefix Mod
   if (isset($_POST['post_prefix']))
      $_POST['subject'] = '<b>[ ' .$_POST['post_prefix'] . ' ] :</b> ' . $_POST['subject'];

Only text marked on violet is diferent than standard version.
I was puttin it in that way from two reasons:
1. I suppose that SMF 2.0 RC1 is saving html tags in database,
2. I think that it is easier to creat in admin panel prefix eg. 'TEST' without any addons, becaus this smal diferrence which i made will add this differenc while paking the post. So, when You chous TEST as a prefix for Your subject, this will create, while putin in to db, [ TEST ] : plus subject without bolded fonts.
I see only some problems with colors... The same way as bold text we can add some color for prefix, but it will be only one color for ann prefixs.

Quote from: if You already instaled Topic PostPrefix Mod on Your SMF 2.0 RC1
Quote from: find in ./Sources/Post.php$_POST['subject'] = $_POST['post_prefix'] . '  ' . $_POST['subject'];
Quote from: Replace With$_POST['subject'] = '<b>[ ' .$_POST['post_prefix'] . ' ] :</b> ' . $_POST['subject'];

I'v foud some problems with showing this... as only i will find solution i will put it hear
Somewere in bord code is function like htmlspecialchars_decode() and all html tags are deformed... i efect ther are no posibility to show bold font becaus each eg. when we put Jane & 'Tarzan' ino db this function remade it for Jane &amp; &#039;Tarzan&#039;
... i can't find where this function is, to stop it... :-[

Hey Ive installed this mod after being looking for it for some time.

But i have a problem.

I have a prefix set up but it only works in 1 thread at a time.

I have setup 3 prefixs for one thread and 3 for another but it will only show up in one thread.

What could be causing this problem?

I have assigned 3 prefixes to say the Request Board and 3 to the Help Board, but when you got to the post screen only the Request Board works, the Help board doesnt show the prefixes this also applys to all other Boards I assign to. Only 1 board applys the mod

Make sense? :)

No, because I don't set any prefix in the db as the prefix of the topic because I don't want to edit all the files of have topics (Recent, Unread, UnreadReplies, Notifications, BoardIndex, MessageIndex....)

So the mod will keep simple

I added russian translation to the mod:

* Added file TopicPrefix.russian-utf8.php (by copying TopicPrefix.english-utf8.php).

* Added to package-info.xml file this line:
<require-file name="TopicPrefix.russian-utf8.php" destination="$languagedir" />

* And added to install.xml translated part with...
<file name="$languagedir/Modifications.russian-utf8.php" error="skip">
(also by copying of «Modifications.english-utf8.php» part).

But... after installing i have problems (the installation is ok, no errors):

1) When redirecting after installing, i get this error:

QuoteFatal error: Call to undefined function PrefixMain() in /home/.../public_html/Sources/Admin.php on line 576

2) When i trying to edit any post, i get this error:

QuoteTable 'sycra297_smf.smf_prefix' doesn't exist
File: /home/.../public_html/Sources/Post.php
Line: 1136

The modified (translated to russian) mod is attached.

P.S
And when i trying to install original mod, i got this error message saing that this is not a modification package or it's corrupted.

I agree with the other posters.  For me a single line of prefix is not very useful.

I have need to prefix with a template like this:
QuoteIssue

Cause

Status of Issue

Temporary Resolution

Permanent Resolution

Versions Effected

Severity Rating

On clean installation perhaps? I installed on local smf with only those packages:

QuoteHighslide Image Viewer 1.5
Bookmarks 2.2.1

But also i installed on other smf without those packages...

And now (in both of them) i get errors when i trying to edit/create some topic:

Table 'smf_admin.smf_adminprefix' doesn't exist
File: Z:\home\smf.ru\www\Sources\Post.php
Line: 1192

Can you please tell me what can i do to fix that, even if it's a problem on my side?

Title: Re: SMF Topic Prefix Mod
Post by: MrCreatoR on September 13, 2009, 04:08:22 PM
I think i found what is causing these problems - the following files not extracted properly on install stage (or they modified incorrectly, because at the end the files are 0 kb size):
$sourcedir/TopicPrefix.php
$themedir/TopicPrefix.template.php
$imagesdir/admin/prefix.gif

Just extract them manualy to proper directories.

And also i found a bug when the user does not specify any prefix, then 2 spaces added to the subject title. To fix that, open Sources/Post.php, now find:
$_POST['subject'] = $_POST['post_prefix'] . '  ' . $_POST['subject'];

and replace with this:
$_POST['subject'] = ltrim($_POST['post_prefix'] . '  ' . $_POST['subject']);

How the H*LL do you install this thing!?! I tried everything suggested
I installed this file (who knows where, Doesn't say)

I get this

Package upload failed due to the following error:
"Although the package was downloaded to the server it appears to be empty. Please check the Packages directory, and the "temp" sub-directory are both writable. If you continue to experience this problem you should try extracting the package on your PC and uploading the extracted files into a subdirectory in your Packages directory and try again. For example, if the package was called shout.tar.gz you should:
1) Download the package to your local PC and extract it into files.
2) Using an FTP client create a new directory in your "Packages" folder, in this example you may call it "shout".
3) Upload all the files from the extracted package to this directory.
4) Go back to the package manager browse page and the package will be automatically found by SMF."

I follow those instructions above
Get this
Installing this package will perform the following actions:
Type Action Description
1. Execute Modification ./Themes/default/languages/Modifications.english.php Test successful
2. Execute Modification ./Themes/default/languages/Modifications.english-utf8.php Test successful

20. Extract File ./Themes/default/images/admin/prefix.gif

I get to Apply Mod but I get this error

I go take a look at line 905 This is what  I see
            require($boarddir . '/Packages/temp/' . $context['base_path'] . $action['filename']);

I uploaded db_prefix.php. to my main directory & I get this

Your database update has been completed successfully!

Can PLEASE someone help! I NEED this mod and I can't seem to install it!!

just had a quick look at this mod and i have 2 suggestions
1 being it should be made compatable with rc2
2 i think you should have a colour option so you could get something like this prefix: topic title.
apart from that everything worked great

nib, installing this mod (ver 1.2) in smf rc2 it says me that the package is corrupted or not compatible with this version...even the parses syas that this version it not compatible, and cheking the packages in my forum, i see that even if uploading the 1.2 version, it shows me in the package list the 1.1 version..

It runs.

nothing to do. Even upping the 1.2 version, in the package manager i see the 1.1 version, and installing it it gives me error on:

./Themes/default/Post.template.php

and after installing it (without considering the error) the prefix is not showed up on my forums.

It's not installing because:
*     10.     Execute Modification     ./Themes/default/Post.template.php     Test failed
      1.    Replace    ./Themes/default/Post.template.php    Test failed

I tried even without any other mods installed and still goes wrong.

Not recommended, for very good performance reasons.

In any case, the author has asked me to remove the modified version of the mod from this thread - please remove it at your earliest convenience.

He has stated he will update for 2.0 RC2 when he has time.

You know that mods are still copyrighted to their author, right? Any redistribution other than the mod site is invariably a breach of copyright and we HAVE to act if the mod author requests we (Cust. team) do.

NIBOGO is totally within his rights to request this, as do plenty of other authors, actually. I can name plenty of other such cases.

no i understand completely i just think it is bad to have it is compatible with RC2 and then it is not and then ignore the support posts i mean he answered the threads a few times with useless info the time it took him to make the posts he could have corrected his error just doesnt make alot of sense when i see a mod that looks interesting and it states it is not compatible with my version at least i dont spend a bunch of time and frutration

but no big deal it worls for me now i just feel bad fo others if he doesnt update it soon

im confused, i really dont want to start a discussion here and i don't care if the mod author is busy or does not want to upgrade his mod... but this is a community,  and i feel that we are here to help each other and also to share. I just wanted to help others while the the right update was not here. i do not even changed credits, just added LM into the mod name so no one could get confused.

anyways, thanks to everyone who thanked me and to the mod author i apologize for violating you rights.

luismanson, generally I would agree with you. We are a community and we try to help each other.

Unfortunately, mod authors are a law unto themselves and if they want to keep sole control over it, it is their prerogative, even though it only hurts those who actually want to help.

There's nothing stopping you doing a fresh (different) mod that does the same basic thing, however...

Thanks Arantor for your help with this issue :)

As I already said I´ll update the package as soon as I have time to do it and you can check the mod info it has a license that you have to respect:

http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/3.0/

As you can see in that license you can use and distribute the SAME mod but you can't create derivated works from it as you can read in that page:

"No Derivative Works — You may not alter, transform, or build upon this work."

So I don't know what it's a big deal it's a free mod you can use it in your website the only thing that I ask you is respect the mod license

Post by: petesky on February 02, 2010, 07:47:01 AM
Is there a way to change the prefix ordering ? Instead id_prefix which is the id number i would like to sort after prefix (which is text). I need "KMS 1A" to be before "KMS 1B" but 1B has id 0 etc.

Title: Re: SMF Topic Prefix Mod
Post by: Nibogo on February 02, 2010, 09:53:32 AM
Just delete the first prefix and re-add it so it will be shown after the second

but what if someone has too many prefixes :o ....
Title: Re: SMF Topic Prefix Mod
Post by: petesky on February 02, 2010, 10:43:45 AM
So it seems the sorting is here :

// Load the Prefix
    $dbresult = $smcFunc['db_query']('', '
SELECT
id_prefix, prefix, permissions, id_boards
FROM {db_prefix}prefix
ORDER BY id_prefix');

But changing this to ORDER by prefix; makes no change. Seems that it's combined with usergroou permission ?!

In that case you manually change the id of the prefix using a MySQL Administrator like phpmyadmin

loooool - not really ?!?!?! ? If you have a lot of Prefixes it should be possible to sort them after TEXT which is more suitable.

If so - doesn't matter - my board has only 100 users at the moment and it will grow up to maybe 1000. Thats all. I had 38 users in max online so performance isn't a problem at the moment. Maybe SMF will have a prefix option in their future core ^^ when it becomes a pf question :-)

As I said to you elsewhere I really can't see it becoming a core feature - the demand just isn't there to support it being a core feature, IMHO.

Hey, I have been trying to install this mod on my forum (2.0 RC2) ant I get this error

"The package you are trying to download or install is either corrupt or not compatible with this version of SMF."

I tryed to install it manually but the pakcage parser says

"Sorry, but this modification does not appear to be compatible with the selected version."

Can you take a look at it please :)

Thanks!

There is a mini bug even when editing a topic it will add extra whitespace if no prefix is selected and the whitespace grows up with every edit.
It should also set the correct prefix when editing and not the default one.

The screenshots shows all the functionality of the mod plus it's the cheapest pro mod only $10 and works like a charm on SMF 1.1.11 and SMF 2.0 RC2

In any case you can use the lite version of the mod, I won't delete it or stop the development of the Topic Prefix Mod Lite

Btw new features for both versions are always welcome!

You did an excellent job nibogo, but make the module paid I don't think it's a good idea especially since smf itself is free

For my part I am in Morocco, 10 dollars is very expensive for me and it did not have access to paypal ... therefore impossible for us to pay online

shame if it was not paying your module is probably the most used module for smf

I know of a lot of people will dislike the idea of make it a Paid Mod but it's a good idea unless for me the final developer of spent hours creating the mod and as you can see in the ATP's Page we accept almost all the payment system credit cards, debit cards and PayPal ;)

When you add "auto order" i will buy it.

Eg. i have a lot of class rooms. I enter them manually - 1a KMS, 1b KMS, 1d KMS and now 1c KMS (because i forgot). At the screenshot i can see, the up and down arrows but if you have a lot of these prefixes it can take some time to reorder them as needed. So if there is an option to do this alphabetically and automatic - i'll buy :-) Thx

I don't think so that error is cause to a problem when you tried to install the pro version after the lite in the v1.1 this has been fixed as you know in the latest releases

Hey but i can't install it on SMF 2.0 RC 2.

I get this error
"The package you are trying to download or install is either corrupt or not compatible with this version of SMF."

And can't parse it either :(

NIBOGO you might wanna change the information on the package-info.xml

Instead of writing 2.0 - 2.0.99 it should be 2.0 - 2.0 RC2
Title: Re: SMF Topic Prefix Lite Mod
Post by: Arantor on March 07, 2010, 08:34:21 AM
Actually, no, it should be 2.0 - 2.0.99, 2.0 RC2 if there is compatibility with older 2.0 versions.

Well, I can't seem to install the mod to 2.0 RC2 with that except I emulate the version to 2.0.

Using <install for="2.0 - 2.0.99, 2.0 RC2"> in the package-info.xml file (including all spaces)? I'm assuming that before trying it you actually set your forum back to the internal default using the revert button in Packages > Advanced?

The Lite Version of this mod is going to be ported to SMF 2.0 RC3 as soon as I have time, for people with SMF 2.0 RC2 sorry but there is no version available only the pro, currently the Pro version already works on SMF 2.0 RC3:

The current free mod can be ported to 2.0 RC2 using the emulate, actually.
You only need to change the package-info.xml

Thing is if you're using emulate, you don't HAVE to change the package-info.xml, that is after all precisely what it is there for.

There is a known bug that show selection and prefixes when it shouldn't that is fixed in the pro version and it will be fixed here only if I have time and that isn't going to happend anytime soon.

Here is a link to the instructions to disable the mod. http://www.simplemachines.org/community/index.php?topic=417490.msg2930255;topicseen#msg2930255

Evidently the mod excludes proxy IP addresses, so I think it is possible to exclude yourself from your own site with a 403 error (not absolutely positive though, because the mod author has not been too helpful to those that aren't proficient in these security issues).

EDIT: the mod author recently released a update (http://custom.simplemachines.org/mods/index.php?mod=2815) that addresses the proxy issue.

Hello Nibogo, I've a problem installing it, the system returns me an error happens installing this at ./Themes/default/Post.template.php , I've tried at two forums, one with modifications and other without modifications. Could you help me? Thank you very much!

Edit: I've installed in one of the two forums and when I edit a prefixed post, the prefix continues and doesn't overwrites if I change the prefix, it simply add the prefix next the last. For example, if I've the prefix "request", when I change the prefix for "solved" the subject is "solved request etc". Could you check it? thank you for your mod!

Hey, that's exactly how the lite version works, if you want the normal behaviour (you can change the prefix, add colors, format and a bunch of other features) you'd see the PRO Version, it's quite cheap after all: http://www.smfpacks.com/page/sa=atp otherwise sorry but I can't help you, I won't add new features to this lite version due to my limited time

Any idea?

I installed it after doing some manual editing. I haven't noticed any problems with the mod (yet) after installing it my way.

Here's what you must do:

Open Post.template.php.

Find:

// Now show the subject box for this post.

Then replace with:

// Here starts the Topic Prefix Mod
if (!empty($context['prefix']))
{
echo'
<dt>
', $txt['prefix_select'], ':
</dt>
<dd>
<select name="post_prefix" id="post_prefix">
<option value="">(', $txt['prefix_no'], ')</option>';

foreach($context['prefix'] as $prefix)
echo'
<option value="', $prefix['prefix'], '" >', $prefix['prefix'], '</option>';

echo'
</select>
</dd>';
}
// Here Topic Prefix Mod End's

// Now show the subject box for this post.

You'll have to do that bit of the installation manually, then proceed with the normal installation.

The lite version doesn't seem to have any features other than adding the prefix. It doesn't seem any different from typing in the prefix yourself in the topic subject. I guess the pro version has all the features.

But the author is right in saying it's cheap. It only costs $15.

Its gives me error

There was a problem loading the /Themes/default/Post.template.php template or language file. Please check the syntax and try again - remember, single quotes (') often have to be escaped with a slash (\). To see more specific error information from PHP, try accessing the file directly.

You may want to try to refresh this page or use the default theme.

I have a little problem with this mod. In creating new topics or posting messages if I don't select any prefix, it adds a space before "Re:" or the title, and a space after it. How to fix it?

Thank you.

Great mod! I have it installed on my forum and it works great :)

However, I'm having just a small problem.

Whenever I insert a prefix like "[Myprefix]" and look at the linktree, there are two spaces extra. In the title and everything it's fine, just the linktree.
Also, when I edit a post with such a prefix, the two "mysterious" spaces are also there.
This doesn't happen when I manually add another prefix without the mod's help.

Could this maybe be fixed?
Thanks!

I tried SMF Topic Prefix Mod on a 2.0.2. forum, but it resulted in:

"At least one error was encountered during a test installation of this package. It is strongly recommended that you do not continue with installation unless you know what you are doing, and have made a backup very recently. This error may be caused by a conflict between the package you're trying to install and another package you have already installed, an error in the package, a package which requires another package that you don't have installed yet, or a package designed for another version of SMF."

The step its hung up on is:
"10.   Execute Modification   ./Themes/default/Post.template.php   Test failed"

I've read some tutorials about a manual install, but I hesitate to do so.  Any ideas on what I might try?  Thanks.

To be fairly honest, he didnt have to offer a free version.  but it's meant as a testing ground if you wanted to try it before buying the paid version, which the paid version blows the free version out of the water!  I bought it as soon as i found out about it.

Is someone willing to help?  I am trying to get this working on a 2.0.2 installation.  That said, my Post.template.php doesn't seem to be right.

When I tried to install, I got the "10.   Execute Modification   ./Themes/default/Post.template.php   Test failed" that others have gotten.  So, I continued with the install, with the intention of manually adding what I need into Post.template.php

This is where I am stuck now though :(  (Admin is working fine, I can add/edit prefix etc...I just can't display them anywhere)

When I look for //Now show the subject box for this post.  Mine looks quite a bit different:
        // Now show the subject box for this post.
echo '
<dt>
<span', isset($context['post_error']['no_subject']) ? ' class="error"' : '', ' id="caption_subject">', $txt['subject'], ':</span>
</dt>
<dd>
<input type="text" name="subject"', $context['subject'] == '' ? '' : ' value="' . $context['subject'] . '"', ' tabindex="', $context['tabindex']++, '" size="80" maxlength="80" class="input_text" />
</dd>
<dt class="clear_left">
', $txt['message_icon'], ':
</dt>
<dd>
<select name="icon" id="icon" onchange="showimage()">';

If someone could help me edit this to get the prefix mod working, I would really appreciate it.

Many thanks

*****EDIT******
Never mind, I tried again and it worked....great mod :D

I just checked out this mod and I have a fix for the alphabetical listing issue.

in Sources/Post.php find:
ORDER BY id_prefix DESC',

replace with:
ORDER BY prefix',

...and there ya go.

Here is the install.xml fix for 2.0.2 users

Replace the old code (not the whole file!) with this
   <file name="$themedir/Post.template.php">
<operation>
<search position="after"><![CDATA[// Now show the subject box for this post.
echo '
<dt>
<span', isset($context['post_error']['no_subject']) ? ' class="error"' : '', ' id="caption_subject">', $txt['subject'], ':</span>
</dt>]]></search>
<add><![CDATA[// Here starts the Topic Prefix Mod
if (!empty($context['prefix']))
{
echo'
<dt>
', $txt['prefix_select'], ':
</dt>
<dd>
<select name="post_prefix" id="post_prefix">
<option value="">(', $txt['prefix_no'], ')</option>';

foreach($context['prefix'] as $prefix)
echo'
<option value="', $prefix['prefix'], '" >', $prefix['prefix'], '</option>';

echo'
</select>
</dd>';
}
// Here Topic Prefix Mod Ends
]]></add>
</operation>
</file>

i suggest everyone who installed this mod change this line from Post.php
$_POST['subject'] = $_POST['post_prefix'] . '  ' . $_POST['subject'];
into something that doesn't make the prefix looks awkward, like
$_POST['subject'] = '[' . $_POST['post_prefix'] . '] ' . $_POST['subject'];

would anyone have any idea on why this is happening.

Well, more recent versions of MySQL require ENGINE=MyISAM instead of TYPE=MyISAM.

The problem is that the mod author was a touch lazy when writing this for 2.0. There is a proper method for creating tables in 2.0, $smcFunc['db_create_table'] but the author didn't use it, and now that MySQL has updated how it works, the mod needs to be updated too (as opposed to using SMF's own method that was already updated internally)

Is there a way I could edit something to make it work. Not that I would know how to do it lol

Ideally the mod author should fix it, but failing that, unpacking the file to your computer, and modifying db_prefix.php in it to change all instances of TYPE=MyISAM to ENGINE=MyISAM, rezipping it then uploading it.

No, it shouldn't, the author should go away and fix it, ideally doing it properly this time.

You are right.   i try the mod now but this is just editing the title of topic. Not look like actual prefix. maybe he is right to about not update the mod :D

That is totally true; however, the pro version: http://www.smfpacks.com/page/sa=atp works as an actual prefix

Have you seen the Post.template.php code?
Why you added smf version 2.x as a correct install?
SMF stuf should put this mod on quarantine?

BTW...
Repacking it and sharing a fixed version will infringe the autor copyright (or whatever)?
Just two minor changes and it works ok...

Anyway... did not like it too much, uninstalled :-P

I did this and still get this error when I try to install -  see attachment.

The described change was NOT for your problem, it was for a database issue in the mod's installer. Your problem is because there is something different in Post.template.php that conflicts with this mod.

You must manually modify that file.

OK I got it installed  ;D, but now when  try to post a new topic or reply i get this error. I posted on the DEv's website but i figure i would also ask here since there is a lot of SMF experienced users.

When trying to install my "SMF Topic Prefix Mod" I get the error:

Database Error
You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near 'TYPE=MyISAM' at line 6
File: /home/pulsive/public_html/maintenance/Packages/temp/db_prefix.php
Line: 54

One major reason i need this fixed is because, I cannot post anything on my forum with this problem, When trying to post I get this error:

Table 'pulsive_gamersdecoded.smf_prefix' doesn't exist
File: /home/pulsive/public_html/maintenance/Sources/Post.php
Line: 1214

I've attached both my "Post.php" file and my "db_prefix.php" file... I really need this fixed and YES, I KNOW "Don't forget to back up" don't say that... I need this fixed A.S.A.P please...

So I'm trying to install Prefix mod and..

In Post template

Find:
// Now show the subject box for this post.
echo '
<tr>
<td align="right" style="font-weight: bold;"', isset($context['post_error']['no_subject']) ? ' class="error"' : '', ' id="caption_subject">
', $txt['subject'], ':
</td>

Replace:
// Here starts the Topic Prefix Mod
if (!empty($context['prefix']))
{
echo'
<dt>
', $txt['prefix_select'], ':
</dt>
<dd>
<select name="post_prefix" id="post_prefix">
<option value="">(', $txt['prefix_no'], ')</option>';

foreach($context['prefix'] as $prefix)
echo'
<option value="', $prefix['prefix'], '" >', $prefix['prefix'], '</option>';

echo'
</select>
</dd>';
}
// Here Topic Prefix Mod End's

// Now show the subject box for this post.

And I get this when I post

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected '<' in .../Themes/default/Post.template.php on line 218
209: <option value="', $prefix['prefix'], '" >', $prefix['prefix'], '</option>';
210:
211: echo'
212: </select>
213: </dd>';
214: }
215: // Here Topic Prefix Mod End's
216:
217: // Now show the subject box for this post.
218: <dd>
219: <input type="text" name="subject"', $context['subject'] == '' ? '' : ' value="' . $context['subject'] . '"', ' tabindex="', $context['tabindex']++, '" size="80" maxlength="80" class="input_text" />
220: </dd>
221: <dt class="clear_left">
222: ', $txt['message_icon'], ':

I guess I haven't done it proper, I noticed what it asks me to find the ending it a bit different to what is actually in the post template.. Can anyone edit it to make it work please?

Thank you!

I seem to be having a bit of a problem.

I'm able to add a prefix and set the board on which it is to be used and the groups that can use it fine, but if I add a second one it will overwrite the first one that I made, and if I try to edit the one that is there it'll tell me that I haven't selected a prefix to edit.
