Don't know what to tell you... I can't think of anything that would cause topics to suddenly disappear...

but i tell you, the topic is not on the forum, nor is it logged in the moderation log.
really really weird. i mean, if it was deleted on purpose, it would leave some trail, right?
You might want to contact your host and see if they had any problems. They may have restored your database and thus lost a few posts/topics.
you see...i haven't thought of that!!
