Update...
I had my site up and running 100% and i thought I would install some new skins. When I install new skins the buttons did not show up so I tried to re install arcade in the new skin and I got below error MSG. It was great until I tried to change the look. Any help please.

I did try to check my file permissions and I get MSG that server does not support file permissions... huh
Can I just run the install again and it will re-write all file to fix them and also keep all user name in the database?
