Up until the other day 37 was the most my board had online. A Yahoo webbot tried getting on and increased the count to 61. Is there anyway I can put this back to 37 or reset the count ?

sure thats just stored in the db. use this query
UPDATE `smf_settings` SET `value` = '37' WHERE `variable` = 'mostOnline' LIMIT 1 ;
in phpmyadmin in your smf db, this is assuming your prefix it smf, you will need to change that accordinly.
