I see under Permissions where this setting is but....
However, all new members are grouped under - New Members
"New Members" doesn't have permissions so new users are free to view all my attachments which having to make a "required number of posts".
How can I fix this?
Admin -> Edit Permissions -> New Users
under view attachemnts and post attachemnts make those Deny rather than just Disallow and that should do the trick. ;)
