First off here is what I am running on my site:
SMF 1.0.2
TinyPortal - Beta 5.0
Coppermine - 1.3.2 (99% sure its not the problem but wanted to list anyway)

Now I will start by saying the poll function has worked before on my site. And it also worked when I installed TinyPortal. But unfortunately I got a little mod happy and I am afraid one of the mods screwed it up or I did when I tried to install these mods. :(
Anyway, here is the problem, I can create a poll (and my members can too) and I can view the poll after its been created, but when anybody goes to vote and hits the submit button, it brings back the error message "An Error Has Occurred!".
When I go into the admin section and check out the error messages, I get these two messages:
