Is there a way to get a package parser for patches?

I only ask because I just performed the patch for RC1, but I had a "Test Failed" notice on the 3rd edit of the Index.php file. I tried looking into the XML inside the zip file for the patch, but didn't see anything listed with RC1.

Does anyone know what the 3rd edit was, so that I could perform this patch the rest of the way?

I used the file named: smf_patch_1.0.17_1.1.9_2.0-RC1-1
