I have installed the Ezportal to my forums and added the shoutbox ezblock. Everything works fine except when I try to delete one of the messages on the shout box I get a message "Unable to load the 'main' template. ". Not sure what the problem is but can someone help.

Unless someone here uses that mod, I doubt much help can be provided. This is the main reason why we ask users to post in the mod's own support topic/website for issues related to it.
The support topic for ezPortal should be active as is the author of the mod. You may bump your question again if there is no reply for it after a day or so.
