I'm getting this error when trying to reset my password using the forgot password link on forum pages.
Fatal error: Call to a member function on a non-object in /home/content/R/o/s/RossSteacy/html/components/com_smf_registration/smf_registration.php on line 38
with mod_login unpublished and mod_smf_login published I get this error
Fatal error: Call to a member function on a non-object in /home/content/R/o/s/RossSteacy/html/modules/mod_smf_login.php on line 110
if this is already been asked I couldn't find it anywhere
**Bump**
Doesn't anyone know how to fix this?
Does your SMF database user have access to your Mambo database? Does your Mambo database user have access to your SMF database?
Do you have a URL we can see?
Do you know what is on those lines of those files that are being reported by the error messages?
the database is the same,
the address is worldpigeon.com
and no I don't know what is on those lines but I will check
also give me a few minutes to turn bring the site back online

Fatal error: Call to a member function on a non-object in /home/content/R/o/s/RossSteacy/html/modules/mod_smf_login.php on line 110
$language_conversion = array(
line 109 'aa' => 'afar',
line 111 'ab' => 'abkhaz',
again nothing on the line given in the error
Whatever you are using to view the file is double-spacing each line.
ok but that doesn't explain what the problem is......none the less I've decided to use xoops instead of mambo.......thanks for trying to help
best regards
