I want convert mybb to smf.
MyBB is inside the folder "/forum" and, after the conversion, I would like that also smf is inside the folder "/forum".
How can I do?
An other question:
In the file sql mybb14_to_smf there is:
---~ version: "SMF 1.1"
---~ settings: "/inc/config.php"
---~ globals: config
I have to change in :
---~ version: "SMF 1.1"
---~ settings: "[b]/forum[/b]/inc/config.php"
---~ globals: config ???
You can have SMF in another folder and move it after the conversion. You simply use the repair_settings.php tool after you move SMF and this will repair the paths and urls SMF needs.
You do not need to modify the converter. You specify in the convert.php the path to mybb and then it will complete the path to the configuration file.
