Print Page - Captcha picture doesn't show

I've tried this fix but everything was same after:

Any ideas how to fix it?

I've also tried to access Subs-Graphics.php via browser and it said "Hacking Attempt" - is this refering to my access or does it reffers that I had hacking attempt? :D

Rolled back auto merge posts installation and it's working now. Beware of this package ;)
