First off, I am new and I think this board is fantastic. I seen a mod used by a member here wherby you can have an advertisement banner above all categories throughout your forum. Can anyone help me with that?

Because if it was not created, it would be great if someone could... If the gentleman who had it on his site did his own hack and no one had actually created the mod, then it would be a nice addition.
