That usually means there is something wrong with how PHP is configured.

Might be worth checking with your host to see if there are any problems they are aware of.

I am experiencing the same issue.   If I hit the refresh button every 5 seconds over half of the time I get an error other times it works fine.

The host is ReadyHosting.com which claim they have applied the fix from microsoft support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;EN-US;884764.

I then entered our url at yougetsignal.com/tools/web-sites-on-web-server/ and see that there are about 999 other sites on this same IP.

I am guessing this box is just pegged.   Does that sound right to others?

Possible - It is still something you should discuss with your host directly though. :)
