I have looked around, VB 3.7 converter converted the basics, but i would like to request a converter for vb 3.8.

the vbulletin37_to_smf.sql converts most of the important data.. what's missing in your opinion?

It works with 3.8.4 in my experience. Please feel free to try it, and let us know in case there are problems.
