This is a really good theme CeeMoo !!

I notice that if I decrease the width of my browser, the forum width seems to stay fixed to a wider width than the default theme. Is there a way to change this? Some of my users may have smaller screens so I'd like to make the width flexible.

Excellent theme and your code in index.template.php looks quite clean to me also.
