Is there anyway i can convert a phpBB2 Mod to work for SMF?

There is no converter for code.
However, if you could tell what the mod does, we can see if there is already something similar for SMF, or if it can be made.

i have looked all over for a similar mod for SMF. Its the RPG Shop Mod. It was being worked on but it looks like it was dropped. i haven't found any recent information on its development.
