Title: auto stretch logo? Or black out the background?

How can I fix my logo.   It doesn't cover the whole top bar in my forum.   Is there code that auto sizes the logo?   Or can I match the background so it blends flawlessly?

Figured out how to alternate colors in my forum, but didn't see where to change the code to make the background black to blend my logo in...  Anyone know?
