It was right after a fresh install of 2.0 RC2

Run repair-settings - What is repair_settings.php? (http://docs.simplemachines.org/index.php?topic=663.0)

Then empty your browser's cache and reload the page.

Okay, I think it fixed itself. New question what does this mean:

Unable to load Themes/default/Errors.template.php

The file isn't there and it should be.
